Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on International orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@hidesign.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange the reverse pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note unboxing video is required to initiate a refund or new product dispatch for wrong product and empty box delivery.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unboxing video is required to initiate a refund or new product dispatch for wrong product delivery and empty box delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal hygiene product (such as masks & diary). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay differential amount if any. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount. We do not accept exchange request on international order.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
